We are a reservation-based facility, so please pre-arrange your visits. We operate this way to ensure that we can deliver an enjoyable play experience for both the child and the caregiver.

Minimum reservation time is one hour. Reservations may be cancelled up to 2 hours in advance. Play hours will be deducted from accounts for all cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance or for no show reservations.
